In my opinion, things should work! You spend your hard earned money on a product you want or need only to find it doesn’t deliver in the way it was advertised. Then what? You’re out the money with little recourse. Yes, you can probably return it, if you have the original packaging, if you have the receipt, if you live close to the store, if, if, if! Yea right. We’ve all been there, done that!
That said, one product I purchased that definitely delivered a huge bang for its buck is the Dyson DC07 All Floors vacuum cleaner. It is the most amazing vacuum cleaner on the planet! Its tagline is “The first vacuum cleaner that doesn’t lose suction.” Yes, these are expensive and never go on sale. Yes, we saved up for a while to make the purchase, but oh baby, it was TOTALLY worth it!! You wouldn’t believe how well it cleans and it came with a 5 year warranty. What? Hardly anybody backs their product like that! A good indicator of quality, my friend! And five years later, it’s still working great! The first few months after purchasing it, I couldn’t wait to vacuum! Now, years later, it still makes me happy to know that when I actually find the time to vacuum, my job will be well done! Wouldn’t it be great if every product we purchased delivered quality like that?
